🍕Product Manager ( Enterprise ) at TurkNet 

We are looking for an experienced Product Manager to drive the strategy, development, and delivery of innovative features that will enhance our products and tools. In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Product Management, Growth, Corporate Customer Experience, and Enterprise Network Engineers, to deliver value-driven solutions. If you are passionate about customer experiences, technical product management, and thrive in an Agile environment, this is the role for you! 

📱What You’ll Do 

• Work closely with scrum teams on a daily basis to ensure features are developed correctly and meet requirements. 
• Provide vision and direction to the development team and key stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle. 
• Create detailed requirements for new or improved product features. 
• Ensure the team always has a well-prepared backlog with sufficient tasks to work on. 
• Plan and prioritize product feature backlogs and development schedules. 
• Assess the value of new features, develop business cases, and prioritize user stories, epics, and themes that align with the product strategy. 
• Manage the product backlog, participate in iteration planning, and elaborate on user stories. 
• Collaborate with the Product Lead to create and maintain a product strategy focused on business value and ROI. 
• Lead planning for feature release timelines and set clear expectations for new functionality delivery. 
• Actively mitigate impediments that could impact successful completion of new or improved features. 
• Stay up-to-date with Agile/Scrum best practices and trends in product management. 
• Work cross-functionally with Product Management, Growth, Corporate Customer Experience, and Enterprise Network Engineers to integrate features and capabilities into our tools. 

👩 👨 💻Who You Are 

• M.S. or Bachelor's degree in Computer/Electronics/Industrial Engineering, MIS, Economics, or other quantitative fields. 
• Extensive experience in product management with proven expertise in technical product management or as a Product Owner. 
• Strong experience in new product design, UI/UX principles, and a customer-focused approach, utilizing data analysis to understand customer needs. 
• Ability to meet tight deadlines, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple responsibilities in a dynamic, matrixed environment while maintaining a strong focus on quality. 
• Experience conducting primary and secondary research to inform product decisions. 
• Ability to effectively communicate market needs and work well in an international, cross-functional environment. 
• Proven ability to break down complex issues and solutions into simple, actionable user stories. 
• Attention to detail, with strong quantitative analysis skills, and a problem-solving mindset to define and scope business requirements. 
• Experience delivering initiatives from inception to completion in an iterative, Agile environment. 
• Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders. 
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills. 
• Experience reviewing product demos against defined acceptance criteria. 
• Active participation in post-launch reviews and incorporation of feedback into product improvements. 
• A continuous improvement mindset with a focus on optimizing processes and increasing efficiency. 

🌟Preferred Qualifications 

• Experience in Technical Product Management. 
• Experience with Enterprise Networking, Cloud Networking, Data Centers, and network infrastructure technologies. 
• Background in successful SaaS product management. 
• Experience with Hotspot and Managed Wi-Fi solutions. 
• Working knowledge of networking devices from vendors like Cisco, Huawei, and ZTE.
