👩 👨 Who You Are

  • Bachelor degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, Finance or related departments from a reputable university
  • At least 5-years of experience preferably in customer management and corporate sales
  • At least 3-years experience in sales or customer relationship management in telecommunications or technology
  • Experienced in technical need analysis
  • Develop growth customer spesific strategy and have perpective to make insights about this strategy
  • Good communication skill in English as both in written and verbal
  • Experince in CRM softwares
  • Excellent knowledge of Ms Office
  • Innovative, customer and solution oriented, open to different new ideas
  • Passionate about technology
  • Team player, highly capable of coordination
  • Hungry to learn everything!
  • Highly skilled in persuasion, so passionate about sales.



💻Responsibilities

  • Maximize the benefit from the service that TurkNet customers who use our services and products
  • Make regular customer visits and provide solutions by detailed need analysis
  • Be customer oriented, not sales!
  • Build strong relationship by using digital channels with the decision makers of customers. Use effectively social media and content management tools for this purpose
  • Create customer succcess stories by emracing customers’ successes like your own success
  • Contact directly regarding to commercial problems of customers and provide solutions by coordinating with the other teams.
  • Use CRM software to follow your own customers satisfaction, usage, bill and technical support processes, foresee the potential risks and take actions for sustainable satisfaction
  • Follow developments the related industries of customersy
