📱 What You'll Do

• Fixed network engineering & planning & dimensioning: DWDM, IP/MPLS, fixed access (GPON, VULA, etc.), broadband (BNG, CGNAT, Internet, caching, peering), fiber backbone, microwave, voice services, corporate network services architectural design and CPE selection
• Closely following network rollout activities and making acceptance to secure execution follow-up plans
• Preparation of Network topology and planning guidelines
• Recruitment of necessary human resources and securing their competence development
• Vendor management
• Following related regulations in the country/Europe
• Investment planning, ROI/TCO analysis, CAPEX/OPEX management

👩 👨 💻 Who You Are

• Minimum BSc degree in Electrical, Electronics, Telecommunications, or similar engineering departments
• 15+ years of experience in network planning/operation in the telecommunication sector
• Preferably having a certification in vendor-based training and competence levels
• Previously led similar functionalities of a mid/big size service provider
• Expertise and hands-on experience in transport or broadband domains (you will lead at least one of the functions directly)
• Preferably rollout/operations background
• Solid experience investment planning and ROI analysis
• Fluency in English
