About the Role

• As a Test Automation Engineer, you will work closely with Development and Quality Assurance Teams leads to deliver reliable functionality across Turknet applications
• You will write robust, efficient and maintainable tests using Selenium test automation frameworks
• You will contribute to test automation performance improvements, monitoring, test stabilization , and identify improvements to our continuous integration pipeline
• Mentor and learn from other quality assurance team members through pair testing, code reviews etc.

Basic Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience creating and maintaining test automation framework, tests, tools and processes
• Experience writing reliable, performant, and maintainable functional and system tests
• Proven experience in Web and Mobile automation tools using Selenium and Appium
• Experience in software development using Java
• Being familiar with Design Patterns like Page Object Model, Factory etc.
• Experience in API Testing tools like RestAssured , Karate
• Experience in CI/CD Automation solutions like Azure DevOps,Jenkins etc.

Nice to have

• Knowing concepts like agile testing, continuous delivery, behavior-driven development (BDD)
• Familiarity with agile software development methodologies (such as Scrum, Kanban etc.
• Experience with performance/load testing and tools ( Jmeter , K6 etc. )
• Experience with cloud testing frameworks such as Saucelabs or AWS Device Farm a big plus
• Having knowledge of MSSQL.

• Good communication and collaborations skills
• Strong teammate with a "can do" attitude and the flexibility to jump in whenever needed
• Strong technical and problem-solving skills, along with issues triaging and debugging test failures
• Experience giving feedback to peers in code reviews
• Demonstrable ability to balance multiple priorities and communicate across teams.
