👩 👨 Who You Are

  • Having a bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Statistics or related fields
  • At least 12-years of experience in the fields of C&B, Payroll, HR Analytics and Organisational Management in which minimum 4-years of team management experiment is a must
  • Having analytical and rational approach with a creative perspective to drive data driven decision making
  • Capacity to design, implement and manage TurkNet’s compensation and benefit policy
  • Strong views on the key conditions that create high performing teams
  • Ability to lead, create strategy, develop plans, communicate plans, and drive change across a company
  • Excellent knowledge of Ms Excel and Access in terms of analysis and working on scenarios
  • Having strong quantiative and analytical thinking, multi-tasked working capacity, detail-oriented and willing to research the latest trends in C&B and Organisational Development
  • Strong communication skills in English as both in written and verbal

💻What You’ll Do

  • Establishing TurkNet’s compensation and benefits methodology, strategy, policy and principals
  • Develop and implement an inspiring and comprehensive talent development and performance management
  • Manage, design, and implement HR digitalization and HRIS projects
  • Build a new HR System which aligns with Turknet's team needs and digitalize all the HR processes
  • Coordination with shareholders to implement and improve the salary and additional payments, annual and periodical salary adjustment processes, short/long term incentive management, payroll management
  • Develop and lead the Organisational Development plan and provision, ensuring it is aligned to the strategic direction and ambitions
  • Lead the development of a culture of high performance and employee engagement across the company
  • Conducting market research and benchmark on remuneration and additional benefits ensuring calibration with compensation market
  • Designing and managing the flex benefit and employee insurance programs
  • Architecting the pay mix and bonus payment’s structure,
  • Reviewing the HR policies and procedures in line with legal regulations and legislation related to working life and taking the necessary actions in the required issues.
  • Targeting the permanent development, leading and encouraging the team players in an agile environment
