 👩 👨 Who You Are

  • Graduated from related departments, 
  • Minimum 2-3 years of P&C Partner and technical recruiter experience, 
  • Experienced in hiring processes in e-commerce, technology or startups is nice to have, 
  • Very strong communication and negotiation skills, with ability to relate and influence people at all levels, 
  • Eager to learn, open-minded and team-work oriented profile with planning, organizational and problem solving skills. 

 

📱What You’ll Do 

  • Drive all Technology Recruitment processes,
  • Build and maintain operationally excellent data tracking processes to capture application, interview and hiring activity across the business accounts,
  • Drive all P&C processes within related account (recruitment, performance management, career, compensation management, engagement survey etc.)
  • Build strong relationships and trust with leaders and colleagues, offer P&C expertise and coaching on people issues, assist leaders to gain a better understanding of employees' needs and career aspirations,
  • Provide a broad range of support in employee relations, people engagement, talent management and organizational development,
  • Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues.
