📱What You’ll Do 

• End-to-end management of the billing cycle processes and ensuring that billing operations are carried out accurately and smoothly
• Monitoring and resolving issues in the processes of invoice creation, delivery, and collection
• Ensuring the accuracy of billing data by validating it against customer segments and campaigns
• Monitoring billing systems, identifying potential errors, and providing solutions
• Taking on First Level Support (L1) responsibilities by analyzing and solving basic issues encountered in billing processes
• Ensuring that billing operations comply with legal regulations and tax standards
• Resolving technical and operational issues in e-Invoice and e-Archive processes
• Handling support requests from customers and stakeholders, ensuring that solutions are provided within SLA timeframes, and escalating issues to the relevant teams when necessary
• Providing feedback for the improvement of billing systems and contributing to process optimization

👩 👨 💻Who You Are 

• Minimum 3 years of experience in billing and invoice management processes within the telecommunications sector
• Preferably graduated from relevant departments of Engineering faculties
• Experienced in writing complex SQL queries and analyzing large data sets using these queries
• Proficient in creating complex reports on Excel, analyzing data, and deriving meaningful insights from these analyses
• Knowledgeable in billing cycle management, invoice delivery, payment collection, and reconciliation processes
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze and improve business processes
• Familiar with legal regulations, tax compliance, and reporting standards within the telecommunications sector
• Actively uses e-Invoice and e-Archive platforms
• Familiarity with TM Forum standards is a plus
• Team player with strong communication skills and a customer satisfaction-oriented approach
• Willingness to adapt to shift work when needed
