👩 👨Who You Are  

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, or a related field.  
  • At least 3 years of experience in compensation and benefits management and HR budget management.  
  • Expertise in salary structures, job evaluation, salary increase processes, workforce planning, and incentive systems.  
  • Skilled in HR budgeting and analytical reporting.  
  • Passionate about following and analyzing innovations in the C&B field.  
  • Experience working with consulting firms for compensation surveys.  
  • Interest in labor law and payroll processes.  
  • Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and a focus on strategic goals.  
  • Fluent in English.  


📱What You’ll Do  

  • Preparing the annual People & Culture budget, considering standard headcount and compensation projections.  
  • Comparing the budget with actual data throughout the year to support and monitor management.  
  • Defining the procedures for incentive systems and ensuring proper accounting of incentive provisions during advance payment periods.  
  • Determining salaries in line with the standard headcount budget and internal balance, following the compensation management system.  
  • Planning and managing the annual salary increase processes.  
  • Conducting market analysis to evaluate salary increases and structures, creating a fair and competitive compensation system.  
  • Regularly reviewing compensation and benefits policies, making necessary updates based on market analyses.  
  • Providing data for compensation surveys, analyzing reports, and setting compensation policies based on market data.
