👩 👨 Who You Are

• BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience, 
• 7+ years of digital product design and knowledge of UX design principles, 
• Proven ability to lead, mentor, and develop a team of designers, fostering a collaborative and creative environment. 
• Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively. 
• Skilled in conflict resolution and providing constructive feedback to team members. 
• Proficient with collaborative tools like Figma ,Sketch, Miro, Trello, Zeplin 
• Experience working with engineering and product management teams as part of the software development process, 
• Know the newest design systems, trends and approaches in practice such as google material, IBM Carbon etc, 
• Have strong project management/organizational skills to manage multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment, 
• Ability to design not just platform-specific experiences but also the entire customer journey, considering all touchpoints and interactions throughout the process. 
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to present and articulate design concepts to stakeholders and executives 
• Has experience on working multiple channels (app, web, etc.), 
• A great attention to detail, a love for making a pleasing experience, and you want to build good products for people to enjoy using, 
• Ability to develop and implement a design strategy that aligns with the company's goals and enhances the user experience 
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, adapting quickly to new challenges and changes. 
• A team player who is able to take initiative when needed, 
• Eager to use transition & motion design, 
• Clear and positive communication skills in written and spoken English, 
• Knowledge of user research methodologies and tools and a thorough understanding of user-centric design. 

📱What You’ll Do

• Together with the team, you are responsible for the continuous development of our products' design: From first visual ideas to the development of a design concept and the detailed finalization of features, 
• Measure and analyze existing products and use cases for opportunities to innovate, 
• Create and evolve value propositions and concepts supported by testing and analytics, 
• Create user flows, wireframes, user interfaces and prototypes for all areas of our product, 
• You are part of our product team and work closely with our product managers and developers, ensuring your design plans fit with their work, 
• Ensure designs and user interfaces deliver core brand strategy and vision, 
• Clearly justify, document, and communicate design decisions.
