We’re looking for experienced Mid Level IT Operations Monitoring Specialist to join our game changer team.

👩 👨 💻 Who You Are

• Experience in monitoring IT Systems, applications, databases and infrastructure for performance and availability
• Optimize the system by detecting recurring or false-positive alarms
• Knowledge of ITIL and best practises such as Change, Problem, Incident managements
• Troubleshoot at first response to alerts and incidents to resolve issues in a timely manner
• Experience with alarm and escalation management tool such as Opsgenie etc.
• Having knowledge about Microsoft Power Automate Cloud & Desktop, Ansible AWX (Optional)
• Strong coordination skills with the relevant teams regarding organizing post-mortem meetings, post-incident reviews, change implementations and such documentations etc.
• 24/7 active and passive monitoring including weekends and public holidays
• Ability to work in an agile and collaborative team environment
• L2 operation support for applications for TurkNet
• Creative in problem solving, able to work effectively under time pressure, quick learner, result-oriented

✅ Must-Haves

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or Information Technology or equivalent professional experience
• Minimum 2-3 years work experience
• Experience with monitoring tools such as Zabbix, Nagios, Grafana, Site24x7, Elasticsearch, New Relic etc.
• Strong knowledge of Windows/Linux/Kubernetes Core OS management
• Able to work 24/7 shifts
• Have verbal and written skills in English (min. B2 level)
• SQL, PostgreSQL knowledge and experience
• Basic TCP/IP knowledge
