About Us: 

At TurkNet, we pride ourselves on providing high-quality internet services and staying at the forefront of digital marketing innovation. We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Digital / Paid Advertising Specialist to join our growing team. In this role, you will collaborate closely with a senior executive and work alongside our performance agency to drive the success of paid media campaigns. This position is perfect for someone with 2-3 years of experience who is eager to make an impact in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. 


👩 👨 Who You Are 

  • 2-3 years of experience in paid advertising or media buying, with a strong understanding of digital ad platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok, X, Twitch etc.) 
  • Solid experience with creative asset management, including working with design teams to ensure ad creatives meet platform specifications and performance goals. 
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign data and provide actionable feedback to improve performance. 
  • Experience in geo-targeting or a keen interest in exploring new advertising strategies. 
  • Excellent communication skills to provide feedback to agencies, coordinate with internal teams, and deliver clear briefs to creative teams. 
  • Proficiency in using advertising and analytics tools (Google Analytics, etc.) to monitor campaign performance. 
  • Ability to track and report on campaign metrics, including CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, and other KPIs. 
  • A proactive and solution-oriented mindset, with the ability to think strategically and stay ahead of industry trends. 
  • 💻Responsibilities 
  • Support the performance agency with media buying tasks, ensuring that campaigns are well-optimized and running smoothly. 
  • Coordinate with design teams to request and receive creative assets for ads, ensuring that designs meet platform specifications and are delivered on time. 
  • Ensure that creatives are aligned with platform requirements, taking the necessary measurements and formats and coordinating with the agency for accurate delivery. 
  • Track and monitor the performance of paid ad campaigns closely, providing feedback and insights to the agency to improve ad performance. 
  • Provide creative briefs to the creative teams based on campaign goals and feedback from ad performance data. 
  • Follow new advertising networks and trends, particularly around geofence targeting for GigaFiber regions, and recommend new platforms or strategies to optimize paid ad campaigns. 
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of campaign performance, adjusting bidding strategies, targeting, and ad creatives to drive better ROI. 
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate paid media strategies with broader marketing efforts. 
  • Continuously learn and stay up-to-date with industry trends, especially around emerging ad networks, technologies, and geo-targeting strategies.
