👩 👨 Who You Are

  • Bachelor degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, Finance or related departments from a reputable university
  • Knowledge of professional product manage practices & best practices including defining personas, document requirements, creating product visions, and managing feature delivery and launch
  • 10+ years experience leading Product Management, Growth Hacking teams or equivalent experience
  • Working knowledge of software development methodologies like Agile, Scrum, Kanban, or equivalent
  • Being target-oriented, analytical-thinking, multi-tasked in a fast-paced environment
  • Passionate of working with people in a dynamic environment
  • Always proactive and initiative taker
  • Hungry to learn everything!


💻Responsibilities

  • Advanced/Master's degree in or Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics or related discipline
  • Experience mentoring/training the product management community on complex issues
  • Defining Product Roadmap/vision and planning execution with team
  • Implementation of various growth hacking initiatives in a “test and learn” model to generate more growth… We found a few gems already!
  • Run A/B tests on landings pages and ads to consistently improve conversion rate across channels.
  • Being the owner of our ad tracking plan: you need to be comfortable implementing, testing, and improving on the tracking setup.
  • Build reporting dashboards addressing common SaaS attribution issues
  • Improve main KPIs on a recurring basis (ads CTR, CPL, CPA, number of leads and customers generated, number of qualified demos booked by the Sales Team)
  • Exploring new channels, perform competitive intelligence, and suggest new ideas and bold moves!
  • Work with the company's marketer to create a holistic growth plan and execute to make this plan come to fruition
  • Assess current growth model, turn assumptions into falsifiable hypotheses and go about testing these in a rigorous manner
  • Assess opportunities for optimisation across different stages of the funnel and collaborate across the business to make changes that drive the North star metric
  • Implement and develop a rigorous, data driven growth experimentation and prioritisation process
  • Prioritises spending time with customers to really understand their needs and roll that insight into campaigns and messaging
  • Build a growth strategy plan to acquire new customers by defining the target market, identifying personas, and aligning them to the most efficient acquisition channels.
  • Apply behavioral psychology to the customer purchase funnel to improve the product’s design, and run A/B tests to assess success.
  • Apply best practices for how to best engage customers, and retain them for the long term.
  • Analyze the user lifecycle, including the activation, retention, dormancy, and resurrection phases, and deploy experiments to improve the lifetime value (LTV) and decrease churn.
  • Focus on making your product profitable, including selecting key markets and outreach channels.
