 👩 👨 Who You Are 

  • Advanced/Master's degree in or Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics or related discipline 
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in in a growth, demand generation or marketing role, with a strong foundation in digital & product marketing, and brand building 
  • Strong analytical skills 
  • Strategic thinking ability with the capability to make quick decisions. 
  • Advanced level of English proficiency 
  • Having start-up, growth hacking and urgency mindset 
  • Data driven, analytical, with excellent attention to detail 
  • Strong project management and communication skills 
  • Energetic, passionate, with an appetite to grow 
  • High proficiency in various digital marketing channels 
  • Financial acumen in evaluating marketing channel effectiveness 

 


📱What You’ll Do 

  • Manage, and optimize multi-channel growth projects to drive demand generation and new customer acquisition 
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to craft go-to-market (GTM) strategies in new areas for Gigafiber 
  • Define marketing priorities and investment models, identify effective digital channels and scaling mechanisms, and establish success metrics for marketing initiatives in specified projects 
  • Identify, develop and execute strategies for affiliations with local players, influencers or our partners 
  • Lead the Partnerships strategy for Turknet to develop best-in-class projects for driving growth 
  • Interested and proficient in AI Technologies and marketing automation
