👩 👨 Who You Are
- At least 10 years of experience in a telecommunication environment especially in network or service delivery departments
- At least 3 years of experience in end-to-end network quality & performance or service assurance management
- Deep knowledge of ROI, data analysis and automated reporting. Ability to do analysis on crowd source or bulk data.
- Influential relationship management skills with stakeholders, colleagues for delivering high quality services while maintaining service targets
- Flexible approach to work with a focus on delivery to deadlines and high standards
- Analytical mindset combined with customer centric approach
💻Responsibilities
- Builds a structure and governance mechanism for establishing Fixed Network services quality management.
- Organizes periodic follow up meetings to clearly present the network performance / experience KPIs, analysis, trends, enhancement proposals, streams updates . Identifies improvement areas and provides recommendations through intelligent interpretation of data and analysis.
- Contributes collaboratively to the projects for building a customer experience dashboard for Network services KPIs (availability, capacity, delay, video, gaming, social media etc..) with reporting structure.
- Establishes a system for the analysis of crowd source data and to take actions that can improve NW services.
- Defines network SLA‘s & OLA‘s for e2e customer network services satisfaction.
- Conducts service reviews with customer care department & other stakeholders to review performance metrics & risks for decreased customer satisfaction. Works with stakeholders to increase the efficiency of customer’s nw related problem resolution process
- Supports NOC team for building industry standard high-quality network monitoring system and procedures which will lead automation and artificial intelligence usage in network domain.
