👩 👨 Requirements

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, Statistics or a related field
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in a customer analytics, engagement, or CRM role
  • Strong analytical skills, with experience in using data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, R, Python, Tableau)
  • Experience with CRM platforms and marketing automation tools
  • Ability to extract and interpret opportunity areas for growth actions from data
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams
  • Proven ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Fluent in English and Turkish (both written and spoken)

💻Job Definition

  • Analyze customer data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for engagement improvement
  • Develop and implement segmentation strategies to personalize customer interactions across various channels
  • Manage and optimize CRM initiatives, including email marketing, SMS, push notifications, and more
  • Design and execute loyalty and retention programs that enhance customer lifetime value
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate customer analytics into all aspects of the business
  • Monitor and report on the effectiveness of engagement strategies, adjusting tactics as necessary to meet KPI’s
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in customer analytics and engagement technologies
