🍕Software Test Engineer at TurkNet

We’re looking for experienced Software Test Engineer to join our game changer team.

👩 👨 💻 Who You Are

About the Role As a Test Engineer;

• Work with the product owner and engineering teams to ensure features are clearly understood and can be translated into a set of quality based test plans
• Completing assigned test tasks to get the User Stories be in ready for release status
• Recording and tracking defects using standard bug tracking tools
• Translate test plans into a set of test cases which can be implemented in an automated framework
• Design, write and maintain test automation scripts
• Help drive the companies journey from manual to automation testing
• Ensure the relevant product UI's support automated testing tools
• Maintain a current testing dashboard.

Basic Qualifications

• Minimum of 3+ years hands on experience in QA/Test Engineering
• Good knowlodge of Software Development and Test Lifecycle Knowledge
• Experience of test and defect management processes using Jira , Azure Devops etc
• Good technical knowledge of platforms, web services and APIs
• Experience of SOAP and RESTful Service testing with SoapUI,PostMan etc
• Experience in Web and Mobile automation using Selenium and Appium
• Experience in software development using Java

Nice to have

• Knowing concepts like agile testing, continuous delivery, behavior-driven development (BDD)
• Experience with various load testing tools like Jmeter, Locust and any other Performance Monitoring tools is a plus
• Having knowledge of MSSQL
• Other Qualifications
• Good communication and collaborations skills
• Eager to learn new technologies, applications and environments
• Strong teammate with a "can do" attitude and the flexibility to jump in whenever neede
• Strong technical and problem-solving skills, along with issues triaging and debugging test failures
• Experience giving feedback to peers in code reviews
• Demonstrable ability to balance multiple priorities and communicate across teams.
