About Us: 

At TurkNet, we are dedicated to providing top-tier internet services powered by the latest technologies. We are looking for a talented and driven Technical Digital Marketing Specialist to join our digital marketing team. This role will involve working closely with our agency partners, particularly for learning and implementing tools such as BigQuery and MMM, while focusing on core skills in Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager (GTM), and Firebase. 

 

👩 👨 Who You Are 

  • Graduated from related departments 
  • Experience in digital marketing, with a focus on technical marketing (mar-tech). 
  • Good knowledge in Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Google Tag Manager (GTM) for tracking, measurement, and optimization of digital campaigns. 
  • Experience working with Firebase for mobile app tracking and performance analysis (preferred). 
  • Ability to learn new tools and technologies, with a focus on BigQuery for data management and analysis (support and collaboration with the agency provided). 
  • Solid understanding of technical SEO, including on-page optimizations, audits, and site speed. 
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical teams. 
  • Strong analytical mindset, with the ability to solve complex problems using data-driven insights. 
  • Preferred Qualifications: 
  • Familiarity with marketing automation platforms like Insider. 
  • Experience in working with and managing marketing data teams. 

 

💻Responsibilities 

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement marketing technologies that drive performance and improve customer experience. 
  • Learn and support the execution of Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM) with our agency, applying the latest strategies to optimize marketing campaigns. 
  • Integrate and utilize BigQuery in collaboration with the agency, with the expectation to grow your skills through hands-on learning. 
  • Track and optimize marketing performance using Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Google Tag Manager (GTM), ensuring accurate data collection and insightful reporting across platforms. 
  • Work with the SEO agency to oversee technical SEO initiatives, focusing on on-page optimization, audits, and site performance. 
  • Manage the technical implementation of Firebase to enhance mobile app tracking, user segmentation, and performance analysis (a plus). 
  • Contribute to the automation of marketing tasks and reporting processes to improve efficiency and scalability. 
  • Continuously monitor, analyze, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to optimize marketing strategies and maximize ROI.
