🍕 Product Manager ( Field Management Tool) at TurkNet 

We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to drive the strategy, development, and delivery of innovative features for our TNConnect Tool, supporting key teams such as Product Management, Growth, Customer Experience, Field Operations, and FTTH Rollout. This role is pivotal in ensuring the seamless execution of product features, from conception to launch, while aligning with business goals and optimizing the customer experience. If you are passionate about product management, Agile methodologies, and delivering value to a cross-functional team, this role is for you! 

📱What You’ll Do 

• Work closely with scrum teams on a daily basis to ensure the features are being built accurately and effectively. 
• Provide vision and direction to development teams and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring alignment with business goals. 
• Create detailed requirements for new or improved features, ensuring clear documentation for the development team. 
• Maintain an adequate backlog with well-prepared tasks for the team to work on, ensuring continuous productivity. 
• Plan and prioritize the product feature backlog and development process to ensure timely delivery. 
• Assess feature value, develop business cases, and prioritize user stories, epics, and themes aligned with product strategy. 
• Manage the product backlog, plan iterations, and ensure proper elaboration of user stories. 
• Collaborate closely with the Product Lead to define and maintain a product strategy based on business value or ROI. 
• Lead feature release planning, set clear expectations for delivery, and manage stakeholder communication regarding progress. 
• Actively identify and resolve any impediments impacting the successful completion of product features. 
• Keep up to date with Agile/Scrum best practices and trends, applying them to improve product development processes. 
• Collaborate across multiple teams, including Product Management, Growth, Customer Experience, Field Operations, and FTTH Rollout, to position features and capabilities in our TNConnect Tool. 

👩 👨 💻Who You Are 

• M.S. or Bachelor's degree in Computer/Electronics/Industrial Engineering, MIS, Economics, or other quantitative fields. 
• Extensive experience in product management with proven expertise in technical product management or as a Product Owner. 
• Strong experience in new product design, UI/UX principles, and a customer-centric approach, using data analysis to understand customer needs and improve product experiences. 
• Ability to meet tight deadlines and manage multiple tasks in a dynamic, highly matrixed environment while ensuring the delivery of high-quality products. 
• Experience conducting primary and secondary research to inform product strategy and decisions. 
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively convey market needs and collaborate with international, cross-functional teams. 
• Proven ability to translate complex problems and solutions into clear, actionable stories. 
• Strong attention to detail, quantitative analysis skills, and problem-solving abilities to define and scope business requirements. 
• Ability to deliver initiatives iteratively, from concept through to completion. 
• Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to influence both internal and external stakeholders. 
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills. 
• Experience reviewing product demos against acceptance criteria to ensure feature alignment with requirements. 
• Active participation in post-launch reviews, incorporating feedback to improve product features and performance. 
• A continuous improvement mindset, with a focus on optimizing processes and driving efficiency.

• Experience in Technical Product Management. 
• Experience with FTTH Rollout and GIS (Geographic Information Systems). 
• Background in successful Field Management Solutions. 
• Experience with task management software and apps. 
• Working knowledge of Field Management processes and tools.
