👩 👨 Who You Are 

• Graduated from related departments, 
• Minimum 5-6 years of P&C Partner experience, 
• Experienced in hiring processes in e-commerce, retail, technology or startups is nice to have, 
• Experienced in hiring processes 
• Very strong communication and negotiation skills, with ability to relate and influence people at all levels, 
• Eager to learn, open-minded and team-work oriented profile with planning, organizational and problem solving skills.
